A wonderful, sweet friend! I will never forget the day Caroline and I were in the girls locker room and a couple of unnamed male students came strolling through...we were completely freaked out!
We were friends when she left us. I had seen her a couple of days before. I was really shook up about it. She was the first person I ever knew to pass away.
Caroline and I were friends from elementary school. I "went steady" with her our sophmore year. One of my most vivid memories was when she rode with me and a bunch of others down to Kings Dominion. We thought she had got another ride home. We were wrong. We left her there. I remember going over to her house to apologize to her and her mother. Her mom was very gracious ... Caroline tore me a new one. But we still remained good friends. I missed having her around.
I was good friends with Caroline in high school and I was crushed when she died. I will always remember her smile and her incredible laugh. For those of you who believe in angels, I believe that she is one of mine. Caroline was a very special person.
Caroline was one of the nicest people I had ever met. She was a team mate on track and summer swim team. Despite one of the "popular" girls. She was friendly with everyone. I missed her terribly the last 1 1/2 years of high school.
